Very quickly, my weight started to come back. In fact, it came back with a vengeance every time I lost it. And each time, it became harder to lose. Yes, it's the common "yo-yo dieting syndrome".
I was feeling really frustrated, deprived and depressed. But somehow, I decided not to give up. Instead, I set out to search for a permanent weight loss solution.
For 21 years, I've tried almost every single diet under the sun. Like South Beach Diet ... Atkins Diet ... No Fat Diet ... Low Carb ... High Protein ... you name it, I've probably tried it. In addition to diets, I've also tried Weight Watchers and many other weight-loss programs. I've even tried fasting for 10 days! Eating nothing and drinking only water. To my dismay, none of the diets and weight-loss programs offered a permanent fix.
I became a life coach, specialising in health and wellness coaching and I became a Personal Trainer. I immersed myself in studying everything about the body and nutrition. I studied weight loss nutrition. I also studied the mind and learned NLP, Hypnosis and other Mind Transformation Techniques and started applying them to myself with astounding results ... then the REAL breakthrough came ...
